By booking, purchasing, or receiving any service from Access Yourself Services (“AYS” or “Provider”), the Client (“Purchaser”) acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, policies, and disclaimers stated herein.
These terms are legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law and apply to all services rendered.

Insurance
AYS maintains active insurance coverage. Proof of insurance (including Beauty & Body Works Insurance) is available upon request prior to your event.

General Liability & Assumption of Risk
By engaging AYS services, the Client:
• Releases AYS, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising from participation in services
• Agrees to assume full responsibility for all risks associated with activities provided
All services are used at the Client’s and participants’ own risk.

Health & Safety Policy
• Only FDA-approved, cosmetic-grade products are used
• AYS is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Patch tests are optional but not guaranteed
AYS reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who:
• Appears ill or contagious
• Has open wounds, skin irritation, or conditions that may pose a health risk
• Is under the age of 2 for face painting services

Conduct & Property Disclaimer
AYS and its team will use reasonable care; however:
• AYS is not responsible for damage to clothing, personal items, or property
• Clients assume full responsibility for guest behavior, supervision, and safety during the event

Payment Policy
• Full payment is due immediately after the event unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
• Late payments incur a $50 fee every 30 days past due, recurring until paid in full

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• All events are rain or shine unless otherwise agreed
• Client must provide an alternative indoor location if needed
Cancellations:
• Within 14 days: deposit is forfeited and full balance may be due
• Within 7 days: full payment required
• Rescheduling may be permitted at AYS discretion within agreed timeframes
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
If cancellation occurs due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, emergencies):
• Agreement becomes null and void
• Payments will be refunded
• Neither party holds liability against the other

Media, Marketing & Logo Usage Policy
By booking or engaging AYS services, the Client grants AYS the right to capture, use, and publish media obtained during or related to the event, including but not limited to:
• Photos and videos of services and event environments
• Event names and general descriptions
• Publicly displayed logos, branding, or identifiers associated with the Client
AYS may use such materials for:
• Marketing and advertising
• Social media, website, and promotional content
• Portfolio and client showcases
This permission is:
• Royalty-free
• Perpetual and irrevocable
• Not subject to additional approval, notice, or compensation
AYS may also reference the Client as a past or current collaborator, including displaying names and/or logos to represent prior work and partnerships.
AYS agrees that:
• All use will remain professional and non-defamatory
• No confidential or private information will be disclosed
Opt-Out Option:
Clients who do not wish to be included must submit a written request prior to the event date. AYS will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide a safe, appropriate working environment
• Ensure adequate space, lighting, and weather protection
• Supervise guests and maintain order
Failure to meet these conditions may limit or prevent services without refund.

Final Agreement
By booking services, signing a contract, or submitting payment, the Client confirms:
• Full understanding and acceptance of all policies
• Agreement that these terms are binding and enforceable
• Waiver of any claims inconsistent with these terms
