We offer multiple talented artists to ensure your event is fully supported, no matter the size or scope—making Access Yourself Services your one-stop shop for fun. For added value and flexibility, we provide customizable bundle options that allow our artists to perform one or multiple activities simultaneously through our specialty packages. This streamlined approach not only creates a seamless and engaging experience for your guests, but also helps you save on costs compared to booking multiple artists or vendors separately.

CREATIVE CORNER

  • Your guests will love to create and take home a keep sake that they can cherish always.

    *You will get 1 helper with this option.

    *We bring all of our own equipment and materials including a table, table covering, a floor mat to place under the table, sanitation materials and, decorative items to indicate what the space is being used for.

    Activities:

    • Bead Bracelet Making

    • Clay Making Station

    • Mini Canvas Painting

    *Enough materials with be provided to allow the quests participate up throughout the entire booking time scheduled.

    *2 hour Minimum Required for each booking with over 20 guests participating.

    *These Fun Activities help foster creativity and allow for the guests to be an active participant with the activity. 

    • Up to 8 participants can create at a time

    • The activities are quick and easy to complete the creation.

    We also coordinate with trusted, vetted vendors for catering, music, videography, and custom cakes, ensuring every element of your event is executed flawlessly.

    • Decoration & Event Planning Services

      Our decoration services are designed to provide a seamless, full-service experience—from initial planning to final setup.

      A planning and service fee is applied to all decoration services. This fee covers the coordination, setup, breakdown, and overall execution of your event. Please note that standard breakdown includes removal of core materials, while certain disposable items may be left unless full cleanup services are requested in advance.

      The total cost of your decoration service will be based on:

      • The materials and items selected to bring your vision to life

      • The scope, design complexity, and customization of your event

      For full transparency, an itemized list of materials, supplies, and vendors will always be included with your free quote.
